Policies and Procedures

Decor With Grandeur Inc. takes pride in its products and supplies and wants to ensure that you always receive the very best in quality and service.

Our Policies and Procedures are designed with your best interest in mind, while also protecting our company's investment.

Lost or Damaged Linens and/or Props:
All items acquired from Decor With Grandeur Inc. must be returned to Decor With Grandeur Inc. in the same quantity and condition that these items were received in by the customer.   Immediately upon return to Decor With Grandeur Inc., a full inventory and inspection will occur and the customer will be notified immediately of any discrepancies or damages found.   An invoice will be issued to the customer, payable within 14 days, for the full replacement costs of any such items, as outlined in the contract.

Cancellation:
A cancellation penalty of 50% of the total contract price, payable within 14 days, is charged on all events that are cancelled within 60 days of the event date.   All deposits are non-refundable.
